Loon Lodge

Loon Lodge in the Allagash, quiet, isolated, peaceful, beautiful, these are just a few words used to describe your stay in the remote region of Northern Maine. Our guests are treated to some of the best surroundings and sights that nature has to offer. Moose come to feed on our lake as eagles swoop down to snatch up a trout. Loons call out their haunting cries that echo across the lake.

On log lodge and rustic cabins are located in the middle of some of Maine’s best fishing for native brook trout, landlocked salmon and muskie. You can also fish for the rare blueback trout in one of our remote ponds.

Our cabins are rustic but very comfortable. You can choose to dine in the backwoods atmosphere of our log lodge or bring your own meals and prepare them in the privacy of your housekeeping cabin.

We are a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip.
